	 Content Removal / Complaints

 We take all requests for content removal seriously and will promptly review any reported content.
 Contact us if you believe you are a victim of or have encountered content that you know to be:
 1. Production or distribution of your image without your consent. (including, but not limited to, items such as: revenge porn, blackmail,  exploitation)
 2. Content that discloses personally identifiable information. (including but not limited to: name, address, phone number, and IP address.)
 3. Content that is abusive and/or unlawful.

 Provide the following information.
 1. URLs of the content you are reporting.
 2. Your Legal Name.
 3. Description.

 Please provide any additional information that could assist us in resolving your request. If you are submitting a request on behalf of  someone else
 mentioned in the content, please clarify your relationship to that person. Note that abusing the content removal request process can hinder our
 ability to handle valid and actionable removal requests effectively.

 All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days.

 Anyone can use this Complaints Policy to inform us of any complaints related to this site, regardless of whether you are a User.

 If you have a complaint about this site, please submit it via the email address provided on this page. Be sure to include all required  information,
 a detailed description of your complaint, and, if applicable, the URL of the content related to your complaint.

 How We Handle Complaints of Unlawful Content:

 Upon receiving your complaint regarding unlawful or non-consensual content, we will take the appropriate steps to address your complaint within
 7 business days. 
 If we need additional information or documents from you, we will reach out to inform you.
 We will conduct a good faith investigation into your complaint and take the following actions:
 1. If we determine that the content is unlawful or non-consensual, we will immediately remove it and notify you of our decision via email or 
 another electronic message.
 2. If we conclude that the content is not unlawful or non-consensual, we will also notify you of our decision via email or another electronic message.
 3. Any disputes regarding our decision on non-consensual content will be submitted to a neutral arbitration association.

 How We Handle Other Complaints:

 1. We will take appropriate steps to investigate your complaint within 7 business days.
 2. If we need additional information or documents from you, we will reach out to request them.
 3. We will act in good faith to address the issues raised by your complaint. If your complaint pertains to content on this site that we  determine
 is in violation, we will promptly remove that content.
 4. Please note that we are not obligated to inform you of the outcome of your complaint.

 Unjustified or Abusive Complaints: If you are a user of this site, you agree (that is, you make a legally binding promise) not to file any  complaint
 under this Complaints Policy that is entirely unjustified, abusive, or made in bad faith. If we find that you have violated this agreement, we  may
 suspend or terminate your user account.

	 Appeal Policy

 If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal to remove any such content, please contact us via email icemanblue@live.com.
 If there should be a disagreement regarding this appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
